It may happen that cookies, history, caches stored in the navigation browser of your device create problems with access to the platform.

Try to clear the cookies first, if the problem persists, proceed with cache and history. Usually it is possible to do this from the browser settings, for example in Chrome they are found under the heading “Privacy and security”. Once deleted, reload the platform login page.
